2. Your right to return (14-day period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter to the address above). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission or any other clear statement. If you use our contact channels, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired. After we receive your withdrawal, we will instruct you on how to return the product (e.g. return address and any reference number). You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g. opening sealed packaging in a way that affects resale value).
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods which are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain sealed supplement bottles once opened).
- Perishable goods or goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

4. Returns for customers in the United States and other regions
For customers in the United States and in regions where a statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. You may return such products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product). We may require proof of purchase and may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. To start a return, contact us at the details above with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise (e.g. in case of defect or wrong item shipped). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period (typically 5–10 business days) after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective product or we sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible (e.g. within 30 days of delivery) with your order number and, if possible, photos or a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred, as appropriate. We may ask you to return the defective or incorrect item at our expense. This is without prejudice to your statutory rights (e.g. under consumer protection or warranty laws in your jurisdiction).
6. Condition of returned goods
Returned products must be in resalable condition: unused, unopened (where applicable), and in original packaging where possible. If the product has been opened or used, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund to account for diminished value, in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund.
7. Refund processing
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original order, unless we agree otherwise. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after we approve the refund). We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that comply with this policy, unless otherwise stated or permitted by law.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or quantity, please return the original order in accordance with this policy and place a new order. We will process your refund once the return is received and approved.
9. Cancellation before shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet shipped the order, we will cancel it and refund the full amount. If the order has already been shipped, you may return it in accordance with the return and refund terms above.
